2. Critical issues for solar integration


This generic system should be used for continuous processes, because no heat storage tank is used (Joanneum Research). In the case of closed solar systems, the process medium is recycled and therefore should be of acceptable quality both for the maintenance of the solar system and for the efficiency of the process. If necessary, the medium should be refreshed regularly (Joanneum Research).
