CLEANING IN BAKERIES

Description

Bakery industry consumes nearly 70% of water for cleaning. [Alliance for Water Efficiency : Process Water] Cleaning in Bread , biscuits, and cakes is mainly revolving in heating of the crate washing and Baking sheet-washer and ovens.It is recommended to include using pressure washers instead of hoses. Pressure washers use up to 60% less water than hoses. Also r automatic washers for cleaning containers uses even less water.
